Scuba Diving
Little known in diving circles are the the two sunken Japanese World War II warships in the waters surrounding Koh Kradan. This is one of the best sites in the country for wreck divers.

Across the water around the twin islands of Koh Phi Phi are some of Thailand's more famous dive locations. Numerous dive shops in both Phi Phi and Ao Nang (Krabi) as well as Trang offer all courses.

Snorkeling
The coral reefs around Koh Kradan are in excellent condition and close to the beaches. The water is crystal clear and visibility is superb.

Marked by red buoys to keep the longtails out, the variety of marine life includes moray eels and leopard sharks.

Hotels, resorts and local shops will have snorkeling gear which can be rented for just a few Baht.
